CONFERENCE FEES

Early bird fee : € 500 (before 14 March 2008)

Regular fee : € 575 (before 15 April 2008)

Late fee : € 650 (after 15 April 2008)

On-site registration fee : € 700

Doctoral students* : € 390

Doctoral Colloquium** : € 90


* Only applies to full-time PhD students who must provide to the Organizer a letter from their department's chair confirming their status, together with a copy of passport by email: barbara.kostanjsek@kompas.si or by fax: +38612006432.

** For those who want to register for the Doctoral Colloquium only.

The registration fee covers:

• admission to all academic sessions,
• EURAM Membership fee of € 100 for the calendar year 2009 (i.e. commencing 1 January 2009). Payment of this fee is required for attendance at the EURAM Conference,
• handout materials and information package,
• lunches,
• tea / coffee breaks throughout the conference,
• conference lunches,
• welcome reception and
• social events included in the conference program.

Special Scholarships:

In agreement with EURAM, CEEMAN will provide special scholarhips for its members from CEE countries and other emerging economies. For more details on CEEMAN scholarship please contact Olga Veligurska

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made by 1 April: reimbursement of 75% of the conference fee
Cancellations made by 1 May: reimbursement of 50% of the conference fee
Cancellations made after 1 May: NO reimbursement

On-site Registrations:

It will be possible to register at the conference itself (€700) using cash/bank transfer. An invoice will be sent to you by email as soon as your details have been introduced into the conference system. A receipt will be sent to you by email on receipt of payment.
